Mango Shake

Ingredients:

  • 2 cup low-fat milk
  • 4 tablespoons frozen mango juice (or 1 fresh mango, pitted)
  • 1 small banana
  • 2 ice cubes

Variations:

Try orange, papaya or strawberry juice

Instructions:

  • Put all ingredients into blender and blend until foamy.
  • Serve immediately.
